To avoid a bad case of global frostbite, a group of migrating misfit creatures embark on a hilarious quest to reunite a human baby with his tribe.

When four pampered animals from New York's Central Park Zoo accidentally find themselves shipwrecked on the exotic island of Madagascar, they discover that it really is a jungle out there. Along the way, the four team up with a quartet of mischievous penguins and legions of lemures, led by the outrageous King Julien.
